Admission to CLBS
Admission to CLBS is an intentional process for the purpose of carefully selecting students and their families into our program who share our goals and objectives for Christian education. Chisago Lakes Baptist School admits students of any race or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, responsibilities, programs and activities generally accorded to or made available to students at school, provided such meet our academic entrance requirements and agree to abide by the policies of our school.

Our enrollment process is a 6-step process:

  1. Call, write, email, or visit the school the school office for an application packet. You may also download forms from this site.
  2. Complete the application, reference forms (if applicable), and Parent/Student Handbook Agreement form and return them to the office. Please pay the $75 enrollment fee.
  3. For Grades 4-12, references may be contacted.
  4. Students enrolling for the first time in grades 7-12 shall be required to submit a written testimony of their salvation in Christ.
  5. Placement testing will take place for all incoming students and a $15 testing fee must be paid in advance.
  6. A family interview will take place with parents, prospective student(s) and the Administrator. The purpose of this interview is two-fold: a. It gives the Administrator opportunity to explain the school’s philosophy and policies; and b. it helps the family determine if our educational goals mutually coincide.

Upon completion of this procedure, and acceptance into our program, the parents will need to complete a number of other forms listed on p. 4 of our Parent/Student Handbook.

Forms and financial information may be downloaded from this site.
