Minnesota Notebook Information Sheet
Dear Parents,
Today I introduced the MN history project to the students. This is a major project for their history grade. It must be completed at home and will require parent help. I have split the project into 7 sections that need to be completed weekly with the final project due on the 8th week. Students will be given corrections each week so that the final grade can be made higher if the corrections are made.
Students will need to neatly complete the pages in My State Notebook and then put them in a three ring binder with page protectors (this was on the school supply list). The notebook should have a decorative cover and a table of contents (students may use the one from the notebook).

Section 1 Due Tuesday, September 13 (pages 1-9, decorative cover, and table of contents)
Section 2 Due Tuesday, September 20 (pages 11-17)
Section 3 Due Tuesday, September 27 (pages 19-31)
Section 4 Due Tuesday, October 4 (pages 33-37)
Section 5 Due Tuesday, October 11 (pages 39-45)
Section 6 Due Tuesday, October 18 (pages 47-61)
Section 7 Due Tuesday, October 25 (pages 63-73)
Final Project with corrections made due Tuesday, November 1
