Christmas Gift Exchange

Dear Parents,

            Instead of a traditional gift exchange, I would like students to focus on the spirit of giving. This year we are going to donate books to our school library. Students should buy a new book. On the inside front cover should be written:     Donated by: their name.

            Wrap the book and bring it to the classroom by December 20^th (our Christmas party). Please write your child’s name on the outside of the wrapping paper so that they don’t unwrap their own book. We will be unwrapping the books during our party and then donating them to the library. Please avoid books about Harry Potter, Pokemon, vampires, etc.
