God has provided a staff of very committed Christian teachers and support personnel. Our staff must be versatile, multi-talented, and willing to be committed to the ministry. And they are! Minimum staff requirements are that they are members of Chisago Lakes Baptist Church, have a four-year degree from an accredited college or university program, love to work with children and young people, and will expand on their knowledge with on-going training provided by our school and education association.
