Chisago Lakes Baptist School was established in 1974 by the Bible Baptist Church.  At that time, it was called "Bible Heritage Christian Academy."  Later the name was changed to Chisago Lakes Baptist Academy and then to Chisago Lakes Baptist School.  The school began with eighteen students.  In 1978, the church built the Christian Education Building which now houses many classrooms, as well as a full-size gymnasium.  In 1981, another addition was constructed that currently houses two classrooms and the school offices.  In the summer of 2004, the old church building was remodeled to house the secondary program.  Four classrooms and two bathrooms were constructed at that time.  The elementary and secondary classes were separated into two separate buildings.  We anxiously look forward to the future as we continue to see the Lord bless our mission of educating students from a Biblical perspective.
